I am a type A personality, a Virgo, a recovering perfectionist, and a little bit high-strung. Mindfulness and meditation saved me when I was going through a hard time in postpartum. I am living proof that focusing on mindfulness, meditation, self awareness, and intentional living can completely change your life. When you hit the lowest lows, that’s where you find yourself. It’s not a pretty story, but it’s your story. And with these tools as your mindset motivation, there’s only one way to go from here: UP.
